Reception
The first room you walk into at Shop 16 — where we confirm your treatment and length before you go through.
Waiting lounge
Somewhere to sit if you arrive early, rather than waiting in the mall corridor.
The hallway
Every treatment room opens off this corridor. Doors are closed during sessions.
Private treatment room
A single room prepared for one guest — not a curtained bay in a shared hall. Linen is changed and the room reset between guests.
A prepared bed
Rooms are set up before you arrive so the session starts at the time you booked.
Suite with private shower
Used for the Moroccan bath and for guests who want to rinse off after an oil massage.
The Moroccan bath room
Where the hammam ritual takes place: steam, Beldi black soap, kessa-mitt exfoliation and a warm rinse.
Fresh towels
Clean linen and towels set out for each guest.
Candlelight
Lighting is kept low through the treatment areas, including for the late sessions up to 1 AM.

You are welcome to come in and look before booking, during opening hours. If you would rather check first, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you which rooms are free at the time you want.
Is every treatment in a private room?
Yes. Each treatment takes place behind a closed door in a single room, and couples have a separate suite with two beds and two therapists.
Which room is used for the Moroccan bath?
The hammam room shown above, which has its own steam and rinse area. It is used only for Moroccan bath sessions.
