Bookings

Bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp and are confirmed by our team in that conversation. A booking is only held once we have confirmed it to you. Walk-in guests are welcome when a room and therapist are free.

Prices and offers

Prices depend on the treatment and session length and generally fall within the AED 200–350 range. Offers shown on this website are current at the time of publication, are subject to availability, and may change. Please confirm the price with us when you book.

Arrival

Please arrive a few minutes before your session so your treatment can start on time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you the full session but may need to shorten it so the following guest is not delayed.

Cancellations and changes

If your plans change, let us know as early as you can by phone or WhatsApp so the room can be offered to another guest. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for confirmation before holding future bookings.

Health and comfort

Tell your therapist before the session about any injury, medical condition, allergy, pregnancy or recent surgery so the treatment can be adjusted or, where necessary, declined for your safety. Pressure can be adjusted at any point during your session — just say so.

Conduct

Impressive Spa is a professional wellness business. Our therapists provide massage and spa treatments only. Any inappropriate request or behaviour will end the session immediately without refund, and the guest will be asked to leave.

Age

Treatments are for adults. Guests under 18 are not treated without a parent or guardian present and prior agreement with our team.

Personal belongings

Please keep valuables with you. We cannot accept responsibility for items left unattended on the premises.
